In the online store, the consumer has a 14-day free right of withdrawal, which also applies to flawless products. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened cosmetic product packaging (Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act). Online store customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, untried products. The 14-day withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the product. When returning products, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded to the customer. If the total amount of the order after the return is below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from the refund.

The customer must check the condition of the order and the ordered products immediately upon receipt of the order or at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the order. Also return any defective or incorrect product according to the return instructions.

Products damaged during transportation

If you notice that the product has been damaged during transportation after receiving your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Refunds

Refunds for customer returns will primarily be made using the payment method with which the order was originally paid.

The refund will be made within 14 days of us recording the customer's return as received.

We will notify you via email and/or text message of customer returns we have received. If you have not received a confirmation within 14 days of sending your return, please contact our customer service.
